The film is produced and narrated by Somoe Robert (Manager of Makumbusho ya Mikindani) and directed by Freya Williams (www.approachfilms.com). Jamila Mohamedi and Buruhani Mdunguma were its Location Producers and Lucas Raphael Navilongo was Language Consultant. The people of Mikindani, the staff and trainees of The Old Boma Hotel, and many other contributors all made the film possible.
